Step 1: When connection happens
Prompt:
“When do you naturally feel most connected?”
Each person selects up to two:
When we’re talking without distractions
When we spend time one-on-one
When we’re doing something simple together
When we check in during the day
When we’re relaxed (e.g. evenings, weekends)
When we’re being playful or light
Step 2: Choose your moment
Prompt:
“Pick one moment in your week that could be more intentional”
Options:
Morning
During the day
Evening
Before bed
Weekends
Step 3: Create your ritual
Prompt:
“Choose one small thing you’ll do in that moment”
Options:
Ask each other how the day actually felt
Sit together without phones for a few minutes
Check in with one question
Share something from your day
Do something simple together
