Try asking each other:
When something feels off, what’s your instinct?
What helps you reset quickly?
What would you want me to do in that moment?
The bite-size version
It’s normal for things to feel off sometimes
Not every moment needs to become something bigger
Noticing it early makes it easier to move on
A small check-in can shift everything
Staying connected matters more than being right
A Jewish Lens
The idea of teshuva is often translated as “return”. It reflects the understanding that things don’t have to stay off track. In relationships, small moments that don’t land can be acknowledged and gently reset, allowing you to come back to each other and move forward.
